In our internal medicine outpatient clinic, all diseases of adults over the age of 18 are followed up and treated. It is aimed to ensure the regularity of examinations and examinations with the necessary tests and controls especially in chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases, obesity, heart diseases, osteoporosis, and a follow-up process in which the patient is adopted.
